Ketevan Gogolauri graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Economics, with specialization in international economic relations and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Her career started in 2003, initially in the analysis and forecasting center, and then from 2004 in the office of the Parliament of Georgia, including in the Budget and Finance Committee. Later from 2007 she joined the team of the Parliamentary Budget Office.
Ketevan has attended trainings and courses related to economics, public financial management, budgeting, internal and external control mechanisms, management, communications. She is a alumna of the NDI's Future Women Leaders program.
In addition to her native Georgian, Ketevan speaks English.
